Hannah has always had a passion to see children learn in engaging ways and to support them in their growth. Hannah received her Bachelor of Education (Elementary) in 2010. She supply taught in a variety of grade levels, before teaching for many years in an early childhood classroom (4-5 year olds) that was part of the University of New Brunswick’s Faculty of Education. Hannah offers tutoring, piano lessons, and a nature club on Saturday afternoons to children in the Rexdale area.
As part of the leadership team with Fusion Toronto Community Services for the last 4 years, Hannah has helped organize and run sports and science camps for children 6 to 13 years old each summer. Hannah’s love for outdoor education allowed us to easily adapt our camps to foster nature lovers and for children and youth to experience the multiple benefits of being out in nature.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys running on the Humber trail or reading a book with a cup of tea near the fireplace.
